1 Introduction

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or cashback award credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

4 Account Registration

You are required to keep this information current and accurate at all times. 333tk may request updated documentation at any point to confirm that Account information remains accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify 333tk's support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. 333tk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on the 333tk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

5 KYC and Identity Verification

5.1 Verification Requirement

333tk is required to verify the identity and age of every Player before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires Players to submit a valid government-issued identity document — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladesh passport — along with a selfie photograph taken at the time of submission.

Players may be asked to re-verify their identity at any time. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333tk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay. 333tk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. 6.2 Deposit Limits

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches their verified Account identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 6.5 Fees

333tk does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported Bangladesh local payment methods. 6.6 Dormant Accounts

Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 333tk platform are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum eligible odds, contribution rates by game type, and expiry periods. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each offer before opting in.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

333tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333tk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the intellectual property of 333tk or its content and technology partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 333tk platform without the express prior written consent of 333tk.

The 333tk brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 333tk. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use any 333tk trademark or brand asset without prior written permission.

11 Privacy

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Termination

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 333tk's support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining real-money balance withdrawn. 333tk will process Account closure requests within 48 hours of receipt.

13.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of an Account for any reason, the Player's licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. 14 Changes to These Terms

15 Governing Law
